DAY 000: It Begins
Dawn of a new(ish) year on my health journey. Hello all! First a mini-intro. Going by an alias so I won’t discourage my future self if I happen to leave Blogger…again (I realized I had one back in 2013, ten years ago, and never thought about joining again.) Ten years older and life has really been an interesting journey. I won’t go into too much personal details, but I’ve been married for going on six years this October and no children. Partially because of economics and partially due to my heath. I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes about three years ago, and although I overcame it with the help of a new Warehouse Job, once I went into the office with a new promotion, I discovered recently my A1C levels went back up from a 6.6 to a 10.8. I was able to go from a A1C level 13 back in June 2020 to a 6.8 in October 2022, so I should be able to get back into normal range again.
